The student contract is an important legally binding document between EHL Campus (Singapore) and its students. Please read it thoroughly before signing it.
Both local and international students admitted to EHL Campus (Singapore) must sign and submit the student contract before proceeding with their admission process.

As per the CPE regulations, the contract is meant for admission to one course and contains the following mandatory fields:
Detailed information about the course, including admission requirement, course duration and qualification awarded.
Comprehensive information regarding the tuition and miscellaneous fees breakdown.
Commitment to Fee Protection Scheme, which insure the tuition fees paid by students.
Clear information regarding the refund policy.
Clear information regarding dispute resolution.
International students will need a Student Pass to be allowed to study at EHL Campus (Singapore).
Our Student Affairs team will support you throughout the Student Pass application process.
Student pass holders cannot engage in any form of employment or in any business, profession or occupation in Singapore whether paid or unpaid, without a valid work pass issued by Ministry of Manpower.
All students are expected to have a minimum attendance rate of 90%.
Step 1: Prepare the required documents.
Assemble the documents as required by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority and verify whether you are coming from a visa-required country.
Step 2: Apply for the Student Pass.
Our Student Affairs team will provide you with your Student Pass Application number. You will use it to submit your application together with the required documents from step 1.
Step 3: Receive the Student Pass.
Our Student Affairs team will monitor the status of your Student Pass application (processing time is 2 to 4 weeks on average, some applications can take a longer time) and guide you through the next steps of the Admissions process.
Once your student pass application is approved, we will send you a copy of the In-Principle Approval Letter (IPA) issued by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA). This letter will serve as an entry visa to Singapore if you are from visa-required country.
Note that when you arrive in Singapore, you are required to complete the formalities indicated on the IPA and collect your student pass from the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority. The IPA expires if you do not collect your student pass in time.
Step 4. Finalize your admission
Following the issuance on the In-Principle Approval, we will then issue your first invoice for the course.
We will contact you for your choice of language courses, health insurance and other administrative matters.
Upon receipt of your first payment, we will finalize your set-up in the School systems and prepare your student card.
Step 5. Travel to Singapore
You will start your course with the Orientation Week, where we will provide you further information about your new environment at school and in Singapore.
Once a boarding school for the children of British soldiers, the Kinloss House has been completely restored to its former classic beauty. This 2,400 square meter building set on 1.9 hectares of land is now the site of EHL Campus (Singapore), EHL’s Asia-Pacific campus.
The campus is primely located in an upscale part of Singapore with lush greenery, 5 classrooms, 4 meeting rooms and a multi-purpose hall, providing an intimate campus experience for students. It is situated near the Botanical Gardens, Bukit Timah Road (a wealthy residential hub) and Nassim Road, with its grand mansions and sweeping lawns, which now house a number of Embassies and High Commissions.

EHL Campus (Singapore) does not provide accommodation to students studying in the Singapore campus. Students are required to source for their own accommodation.
EHL recommends some co-living space options that be might suitable for your needs. Below are some details to assist you in finding accommodation in Singapore:
1. Finding Accommodation in Singapore
Generally, the cost of living in Singapore is lower than in Switzerland. However, the rental of accommodation in Singapore can be costly. The rental rates can go beyond SGD 2,000 per person per month for renting a room or a room in a shared apartment.
As the accommodation is outsourced and managed by the landlords themselves, students who sign the tenancy agreement will have to resolve disputes with landlords on their own. EHL Campus (Singapore) does not have the right to intervene in the disputes.
